Are you a Health & Safety or Compliance professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of safety standards within a well-established engineering business, where you can develop your skills and play a key role in improving operational processes?

This established engineering company has built a strong reputation within its industry and continues to develop its operations. With a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance, the business is looking to strengthen its team with a proactive individual who can support its continued growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating health and safety activities across two sites, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting accreditations and ensuring safety procedures are followed. You will work closely with engineering and operational teams to identify improvements and maintain high standards throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Health & Safety, SHEQ or Compliance, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing or construction environment. You will be organised, confident managing documentation and comfortable working independently while supporting wider operational teams.

The Role:

• Coordinate health and safety activities across two operational sites.
• Maintain compliance documentation, accreditations and safety records.
• Support risk assessments, audits and the implementation of safety procedures.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve safety standards and operational processes.

The Person:

• Experience with in Health & Safety, SHEQ or Compliance.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing documentation and records.
• Based within commuting distance of Spalding, Lincolnshire, with relevant safety qualifications advantageous.
