Taunton, Somerset

One Property Recruitment are searching for a Block Manager for an area specialist, property management company in Taunton, Somerset. Our client has an experienced team of property managers and are now looking for a new addition to manage a portfolio across the local area. In this position, you will be offered support from the finance and administration teams which allows you to focus on the customer service element.

• Managing a local portfolio of freehold estates
• Arranging for major works to be completed
• Charing Annual General Meetings with leaseholders
• Handling insurance claims
• Setting and managing the service charge budgets
• Uphold excellent customer service

• £37,000 salary
• Flexible hybrid working
• Monday – Friday working (9-5:30)
• 30 days annual leave
• TPI Sponsorship

• 2 years’ experience in block management
• Full UK Driving License
• Customer service focused
• Excellent time management and people skills
