Empower Outreach is seeking a Permanent Community Support Worker to provide flexible, community-based support for children, young people and families in Taunton and surrounding areas. You will work across homes, schools and local services to improve outcomes, build resilience and promote independence.
The role requires initiative, the ability to form trusting relationships, and willingness to work evenings and weekends, with lone-working and travel as needed.
