Alongside is recruiting a Team Leader within our Criminal Justice Service in Taunton. You will provide day-to-day management of the service, supervise Criminal Justice Support workers, coordinate referrals, and oversee housing management to help clients maintain accommodation.
The role supports people leaving prison who have experienced homelessness, trauma and complex needs. You will work 37.5 hours per week, with travel across Somerset, and participate in an on-call rota.
