The client is a well-respected and successful accountancy practice based in Taunton, seeking an Accountancy Practice Manager on a full-time and permanent basis. Flexible working arrangements are available, along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Role ResponsibilitiesReporting to the senior leadership team, you will be accountable for a portfolio of clients, mentoring and managing junior team members, and managing workflow efficiently to meet client needs. This position will play a key part in the business's continued success.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have excellent technical accounting skills, an ACA or ACCA qualification, and several years of accountancy practice experience. You will also need strong interpersonal skills to interact with a varied client portfolio and fit in with a tight-knit team.
