Audit Senior

Trial Balance are working with a hugely successful accountancy practice, in their search for an Accounts Senior to join their Taunton office. This role would suit either an experienced Audit Senior or a Semi-Senior who wishes to take a step up. Whilst current audit experience is essential, this client is open minded where exact expertise and qualifications are concerned. Professional and personal development are on offer here, with study support being offered where relevant.

The role will see the successful candidate take a lead role in audits for a wide range of clients, in a variety of industries. You will need to maintain strong client relationships and act as a true business advisor, as well as training and mentoring more junior members of staff.

Strong technical accounting skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills - you will need to have the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance staff. You'll be working with a team of highly motivated and supportive accountants, but also a very sociable group who believe in enjoying the working day.
