The Accountingroleplaysacriticalroleinsupportingboththeaccountingandoperationsteams,withastrongfocusonconstruction-relatedfinancialprocesses.
Thispositionisidealforsomeonewhounderstandsjobcosting,AIAbilling,andconstructionaccountingworkflows,andthrivesinafast-paced,detail-driven environment.
Thispositionwillworkcloselywith Project Managers ,Coordinators,andleadershiptoensurebillingaccuracy,vendor management,andfinancialreportingareexecutedefficientlyacrossbothcommercialandservicedivisions.
Responsibilities Accounts Payable- Process high-volumevendorinvoicesacrossmultiplejobsanddivisions
- Reconcilevendorstatementsandresolvediscrepancies
- Prepareandprocessweeklypayments
- PrepareandsubmitmonthlyAIAbillingsto General Contractors
- Managelienwaiversandensureallbillingrequirementsaremet
- Trackandsubmitweeklycertifiedpayrollreportsforbothcompanyandsubcontractors
- Followuponoutstandinginvoicestosupportcollections
- Postpaymentsandpreparedeposits
- Assistwithmonth-endcloseprocess
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable between Procore ,Service Titan,andQuick Books
- Constructionaccountingexperiencestronglypreferred
- ExperiencewithAIAbilling
required - Strong Excel skills(includingXLOOKUPand Pivot Tables )
- Experience with Procoreand/orService Titanisaplus
- Highlyorganizedwithstrongattentiontodetail
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-paced environment
