Departments To Explore- Revenue – High earning potential, client‑facing positions in sales and marketing that allow you to learn the business of business while working alongside top leadership.
- Operations – Project management roles that keep you in high‑performing teams to ensure every project is a five‑star experience for our homeowners.
- Craftsman Academy – A customized schoolhouse that trains transitioning service members to install, run, and lead installation crews for us.
We aim to bring every candidate full‑time. Once onboarded, starting salaries range from $50,000 to $80,000, depending on department. A sign‑on bonus is provided to thank you for your hard work and dedication during the 4‑ to 6‑month program.
