• Own the full project lifecycle: from definition and engineering to installation and closure, managing packaging systems valued at $500K–$3M.
• Act as the client’s go‑to expert: lead communications, align expectations, and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate across borders: work with suppliers and teams in North America and Europe, navigating cultural nuances with diplomacy.
• Solve real‑world challenges: tackle mechanical, electrical, controls, and safety issues with the support of subject matter experts.
• Lead with confidence: run kick‑off meetings, engineering reviews, FATs, and SATs.
• Drive results: ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met while managing procurement, resources, and risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on project management experience.
• Proven success managing complex capital equipment projects.
• Experience with packaging machinery in food or medical device industries is a big plus.
• Bonus points for working with European‑based companies or multilingual teams.

• Occasional travel to customer sites and vendor facilities in Spain and Italy for training and testing.
