We’re looking for a Capital Equipment Project Manager who thrives on complexity, owns every phase of the project lifecycle, and knows how to keep things moving—on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

• Own the Full Project Lifecycle:
  From definition and engineering to installation and closure, you’ll manage packaging systems valued at $500K–$3M.
• Be the Client’s Go-To Expert:
  Lead communications, align expectations, and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate Across Borders:
  Work with suppliers and teams in North America and Europe, navigating cultural nuances with diplomacy.
• Solve Real-World Challenges:
  Tackle mechanical, electrical, controls, and safety issues with the support of subject matter experts.
• Lead with Confidence:
  Run kick-off meetings, engineering reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
• Drive Results:
  Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met while managing procurement, resources, and risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Proven success managing complex capital equipment projects.
• Experience with packaging machinery in food or medical device industries is a big plus.
• Bonus points for working with European-based companies or multilingual teams.

• Occasional travel to customer sites and vendor facilities in Spain and Italy for training and testing.
