ABA Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Children Making Strides offers a base pay range of $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr with a $500 sign‑on bonus for those committing to late daytime and evening slots (including part‑time employees). All new Behavioral Technicians receive training.

Location:

Taunton, MA – home sessions from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy to children aged 2‑9 in home or clinic settings, documenting progress in reports for senior health professionals.
  • Help kids build life skills around communication and socialization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create effective outcomes and impacts.
  • Develop engaging and fun learning experiences.
  • Foster a supportive and caring environment, bringing smiles and progress to young faces.
