Direct Care Professionals - Part Time Evenings at People Incorporated

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.

Schedule:

Saturday 9am-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. We offer ongoing free on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement. Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

You will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program
