Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.

Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem
• 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program
• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine
• Participate in individual community outings and meal preparation
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for participants

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle
• A TB screening and Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

• Team member supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program
• Work with a team to provide daily support and implement routines
• Facilitate individual outings and coordinate with families and professionals as needed
