Position Type: Full‑time

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10am – 6pm

Pay: $19.00 / hour (up to $20.00 / hour after one year of benefit‑eligible employment)

• Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference in others’ lives
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualified criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes
• Implement individualized programs as specified in Individual Service Plans
• Provide for individuals’ health and welfare, including medication administration and documentation
• Assist with activities of daily living and housekeeping
• Arrange and accompany individuals to community outings, such as movies, shopping, dinner, baseball games, and bowling
• Ensure home safety and cleanliness
• Assist with financial management as needed
