Join Justice Resource Institute as a Senior Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) to support youth under 21 who have a serious emotional disturbance and are involved with multiple child-serving systems. This role emphasizes wraparound services, collaborative care planning, and family advocacy.

• Facilitate Care Planning Teams and coordinate multiple services for Mass Health-enrolled children and youth.
• Act as liaison with individuals, partnering agencies, and supportive programs to guide the care of youth.
• Assist families in accessing and monitoring available services and natural supports.
• Provide trauma‑informed, wrap‑around services that center the needs of the youth.
• Support parents and caregivers in learning effective advocacy skills.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, psychology, or a related human service field.
• Independent professional license (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, RN).
• Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver’s License.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and some weekend hours.
• Preferred experience navigating child/family‑serving systems and collaborating with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups, and behavioral health facilities.
• Preferred experience advocating for children/families with serious emotional/behavioral health needs.
• Knowledge of wraparound systems of care and child welfare.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

• Competitive pay range: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus; $2,000 bilingual bonus for new hires who speak a second language other than English.
