Location and ScheduleWe are currently searching for a Customer Service Agent in Massachusetts with the flexibility to work hybrid (in-office and home) after an initial in-house training period of 90 days. Availability to work in one of the MA towns:
Abington, Fall River, Methuen, Norwood or Taunton is preferred.

Responsibilities- Act as the agency representative to clients, fellow professionals, the public, and the business community.
- Provide counsel and advice on new and/or additional insurance needs, explaining coverages and policy types.
- Identify risk exposures and qualify potential prospects.
- Maintain an underwriting renewal review process and a marketing renewal review program for all policyholders.
- Act as the first line of contact for reporting and assigning claim information for designated policyholders.
- Resolve general customer inquiries.
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance is a plus.
- Massachusetts Property & Casualty insurance license is strongly encouraged; training and support are offered to obtain the license.
- Customer Service and Sales skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
Estimated annual salary range is approximately $57,500 ($29.00/hour) to $64,350 ($33.00/hour), based on factors including skills and experience. The salary range is not a guarantee. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k and retirement plans, and more.
Licensing and TrainingMassachusetts Property & Casualty license is encouraged; training and support are provided to obtain the license. Prior licensing is a plus.
