• Build strategic plans for area operations, including staffing and performance management

• Demonstrate leadership by setting clear goals and holding team members accountable

• Conduct weekly store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and guest satisfaction

• Minimum of 10 years of retail experience, specifically in restaurant general management
• Successful completion of the District Manager In Training (DMIT) program
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in business preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong organizational skills

• 1-3 years of multi-unit management experience in a convenience store or restaurant environment
• Exceptional team building and leadership practices
• Ability to multitask and effectively handle various issues as they arise
• Strong analytical skills to support operational decision-making
• Willingness to relocate if necessary
