As a Machine Operator, you will receive on‑the‑job training from experienced operators to safely and efficiently run machinery for producing wires and cables.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating extrusion and cabling machines to produce finished cables or components.
• Performing tapping, braiding, and order cutting tasks as entry‑level activities.
• Monitoring machine operation with computer data logging and basic inventory control.
• Collaborating with peers and managers to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Able to sit or stand for many hours in environments that may be hot and noisy.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
