Manufacturing Assembler – 3rd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Taunton, MA

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour + $1.75 shift differential = $21.50

Shift: 3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Sunday PM – Friday AM)

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Assembler to join our 3rd shift team. This temp-to-hire role focuses on assembling products according to work orders and customer specifications while following all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.

• Assemble products following work orders, specifications, and quality standards
• Set up and operate branding, spooling, tube rinsing, and post-cure oven equipment
• Load/unload ovens and program correct cycles per specifications
• Assemble pump sets and package finished products, including molded parts
• Use measurement tools (rulers, gauges, drawings, BOMs) to ensure accuracy
• Complete all required documentation and production records accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand work orders and product specifications
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable working with cleaning solutions (e.g., Isopropyl Alcohol)
• Team-oriented with a respectful, collaborative work style

• Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods
• Repetitive hand and finger movements
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 lbs
• Visual inspection, measuring, and close-detail work
• Occasional exposure to noise, fumes, chemicals, or moving equipment
