Northeastern Assembly, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Pick and Pack associate to join our team in Taunton, MA. Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and assemble products accurately according to work orders and specifications
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality control and ensure items meet standards before packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently

Requirements:

• Good eyesight, accuracy depends on your ability to read small print.
• Previous experience in assembly, pick and pack, warehouse, or light manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory and order accuracy
