Prysmian in Taunton, MA is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead the Prysmian Performance System (PPS) and elevate safety, quality, delivery, and cost every day.
You will partner with the Plant Director to align a Hoshin Kanri strategy, drive Kaizen events, and embed standard work, daily management, and visual controls across the site.
Reporting to the Plant Director, you will mentor Lean leaders, measure SQDCG improvements, and build a robust bench of problem solvers.
