Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) is hiring a full-time Community Outreach Case Worker for Bristol and Plymouth counties. The role provides short-term, intensive case management to clients with behavioral health or substance use histories, helping them reach goals and access community resources.
Multilingual candidates (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, etc.) are strongly preferred.
