MDS Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN)

Wedgemere Healthcare is seeking an exceptional MDS Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our Wedgemere Healthcare facility.

• Valid RN License in the state of MA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long‑term care setting, preferred
• Clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics desired
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care
• Great interpersonal skills for effective daily interaction with residents, family members and all members of the interdisciplinary team
• Knowledge in PPS assessment as well as OBRA compliance
• Self‑starter with high attention to accuracy and details and good time‑management skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow through with limited supervision
• At least 1 year of MDS/MMQ coordinator experience
