- As a Cashier: greet guests energetically, ensure guests feel valued, listen to needs, suggest items, repeat orders, and use the menu and ordering system efficiently. Handle credit cards, rewards cards and cash with focus and precision after thorough training.
- As a Cook: prepare and present food according to company specifications; learn to use the equipment and tools needed to provide the best product for guests.
- As a Shift Leader: support the General Manager in restaurant operations, which includes scheduling team members, assisting with inventory control, and cash handling and training team members.
- Learn the basics of the menu, food safety and sanitation, and grow toward leadership opportunities.
