Client Account Manager Job Summary

The Client Account Manager is responsible for marketing our services to small businesses, building brand awareness and closing sales. Building revenue is the primary goal! In doing so, you will earn fair and equitable compensation.

• Develop the territory lead list through effective prospecting, targeting leads with sales and marketing activities to convert to clients
• Build relationships with small businesses, educating them about our services and converting them to clients
• Lead database management including data entry and moving leads through the sales pipeline to conversion
• Conduct sales and guerilla marketing activities throughout the local market
• Consistently conduct ongoing follow-up activities with all members of the sales pipeline
• Attend business networking events and other community meetings to generate brand awareness and introduce our services
• Schedule presentations to small business prospects, enabling us to solve their most challenging technology problems

• Proven communication skills; written, verbal, and listening (with references)
• Proven sales skills, experience in other industries a must
• 2‑3 years of experience solution selling, problem identification, negotiation, and conversion
