Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25-$35 per hour

Plus, up to a $3500 Sign-on Bonus!

Here is what working as a Fence Installation Crew Leader at Riverside Services will entail:

• Enjoying the freedom of working with minimal supervision
• Feeling a sense of achievement in completing jobs on schedule and within budget
• Anticipating needs for materials, equipment, and assistance
• Taking the initiative and leading a crew of two to four people by example
• Keeping your truck clean and maintaining a professional appearance, manner, and communication
• Respectfully following company policies and procedures
• Safely operating equipment and completing tasks
• Ensuring team members are safe by enforcing safety procedures & documenting and reporting workers’ compensation claims immediately
• Respectfully interacting with customers

We ask that you have these qualifications:

• Three years of experience in fence or carpentry work
• Thoroughly familiar with landscape fence work, including operating equipment, post and fence installation, pergolas, concrete forms, and more.
• Ability to read plans and drawings
• Ability to complete necessary paperwork
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledgeable in laying out the job site and ordering materials
• Strict attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED
