Youth Soccer Coach U8-U10 - Part Time

Overview

We are hiring Youth Soccer Coaches – Part‑time – for the 2026‑2027 club soccer year and beyond in the Southeast Region of Massachusetts, the Southwest Region of Massachusetts, and the Tristate Region (north of Providence, Eastern Connecticut, and Central Massachusetts). The successful applicant will work the entire 2026‑2027 season (Mid‑August 2026 to June 2027) and has a desire to continue with us. Applicants must commit to training teams during weekday afternoons and evenings and coaching matches on weekends.

• Ability to work with children/players aged U8‑U11 for the Foundation Phase or U12‑U14 for the Youth Development Phase
• Create a positive environment in which each individual can thrive and enjoy
• Work alongside a team of professional coaches
• Passion to progress coaching development
• Confidence to deliver high‑quality football sessions the “Liverpool Way,” showing Commitment, Ambition, Unity & Dignity
• Be organized, punctual, self‑motivated and reliable
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, and creative at each session and match
• Be hands‑on and ready to provide individual attention to engage each child
• Provide each player with an experience they will never forget

• Demonstrated experience coaching the applicable age group(s)
• Hold a minimum level of coaching license or certification from a recognized authority
• Appropriate playing experience
• Able to utilize identified online resources and coaching tools to develop and record training sessions
