Dispatch & Routing – Dispatcher

Location: 630 John Hancock Rd, Taunton, MA – in‑office position

Pay: Starting at $25/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Manages GFS’s computerized routing system to route and schedule customer deliveries, ensuring a high level of consistent customer service. Audits driver “Hours of Service” records, communicates results to leadership and maintains accurate recordkeeping.

• Answer telephone calls and resolve delivery problems.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and sales staff to address delivery needs.
• Communicate verbal, written, and report communications with drivers and transportation leadership to ensure DOT compliance on drivers’ “Hours of Service”.
• Schedule backhauls.
• Map placement of pallets in trailer using Fusion, Software System.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience.
