Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last‑mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year.

In This Role You’ll- Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
- Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products
- Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
- Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
- Use a voice‑directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders
- Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
- Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
- Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
- Use a voice‑directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders
- Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:
-5 °F to 38 °F) - Primarily a 5‑day work week, with shifts typically starting at 5:00am
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
- $23.00/hour or salary range is preferred
