What You’ll Be Doing Lead Generation and ProspectingIdentify new business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
Account Management – Customer Retention & GrowthMaintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross‑selling solutions.
Onboarding & ActivationEnsure new customers are successfully onboarded and activated, maximising spend potential within the first 13 weeks.
Margin & Share Of Wallet GrowthDrive increased profitability by optimising margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer.
Sales Process ManagementManage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Customer EngagementConduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations to build rapport and drive sales.
Reporting & FeedbackProvide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market insights.
Working HoursThis is a full‑time position working Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30 or 07:30 – 17:00 and every other Saturday 08:00 – 12:00.
What You’ll Need To Have- Strong sales background (industry experience preferred but NOT essential)
