As an Analyst II
, you will support data collection, analysis, and reporting to help drive data-informed decisions across Taylor & Company. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in business and data analysis.
You’ll work closely with senior analysts and managers to gather and analyze data, develop reports, and provide insights that support business objectives.
Collect and organize data from internal systems and external sources
Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations
Perform basic data analysis, identify trends, and communicate findings
Support the development of business cases and performance metrics
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Collaborate with team members across departments to support ongoing projects
Assist with process documentation and standard operating procedures
Stay up-to-date on relevant tools and best practices
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Word, and possibly Tableau, Power BI, or SQL (a plus)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
