Key responsibilities:

Respond to all internet inquiries and online chats promptly. Maintain a daily log of appointments and track information using the dealership database. Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with sales staff for smooth transitions. Follow up with customers via phone and email throughout the buying cycle. Communicate current inventory, specials, and inventory information to customers. Subscribe to other assigned duties that advance the customer‑centric approach.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills for real‑time inquiries and chat responses, strong problem‑solving ability to follow up with customers, keen detail orientation to keep accurate logs, and proactive, empathetic attitude to set appointments. Organizational, adaptability, and customer‑centric orientation is essential.
