MRS Associates in Taylor, AL is seeking Bi-Lingual Call Center Agents fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. The role focuses on debt collection and customer service for Blue-Chip clients, with training and opportunities for advancement.
Training runs 8am-3:30pm Monday-Friday for the first two weeks, then hours are Monday-Friday 10am-7pm. We offer competitive compensation, PTO, benefits after 30 days, 401K, and monthly bonuses tied to performance.
