A rare opportunity has become available for a passionate and committed Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join the team at The Elms Early Learning Centre in Gosford.
Our centre is well-loved and highly regarded by the local community, with strong, long-standing relationships with families. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality education and care, supporting children’s learning, wellbeing, and development within a warm, nurturing, play-based environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment in line with the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements.
Build strong, respectful, and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning and development, and communicate progress effectively with families.
Work collaboratively with the education team to continuously improve practice and learning outcomes.
Actively participate in team meetings, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.

A strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for nurturing, supporting, and advocating for young children.
Current First Aid & CPR, and a valid Working With Children Check.
