Here is a sample of what your workdays may look like:

• Assistin organizing andmaintainingdocumentation related to outage projects.
• Input and update information in databases and software systems used for tracking outage project progress.
• Assistin the planning and scheduling of outage activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure resources are allocatedefficiently.
• Help in creatingtimelines and project schedules.
• Coordinate logisticsfor equipment and materials needed for the outage.
• Assistin tracking shipments and deliveries to ensuretimelyavailability of resources.
• Participate in safety meetings and help ensure that safety guidelines are followed during the outage.
• Support field personnel by providing assistanceduring the execution of outage activities.
• Communicate with various stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and vendors.
• Assistin preparing reports and updates for management and other relevant parties.
• Assistinidentifyingand resolving issues that may arise during the Outage.
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions to challenges encounteredduring the project.
• Work closely with members of the turnaround / outage team as well as other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas or suggestions for improvement.
• Assistin reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation related to outage / turnaround processes.

Enrolled in2ndyear or above Bachelor Degree program in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering program.
