What you’ll doHere is a sample of what your workdays may look like:
- Assistin organizing andmaintainingdocumentation related to outage projects.
- Input and update information in databases and software systems used for tracking outage project progress.
- Assistin the planning and scheduling of outage activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure resources are allocatedefficiently.
- Help in creatingtimelines and project schedules.
- Coordinate logisticsfor equipment and materials needed for the outage.
- Assistin tracking shipments and deliveries to ensuretimelyavailability of resources.
- Participate in safety meetings and help ensure that safety guidelines are followed during the outage.
- Support field personnel by providing assistanceduring the execution of outage activities.
- Communicate with various stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and vendors.
- Assistin preparing reports and updates for management and other relevant parties.
- Assistinidentifyingand resolving issues that may arise during the Outage.
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions to challenges encounteredduring the project.
- Work closely with members of the turnaround / outage team as well as other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas or suggestions for improvement.
- Assistin reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation related to outage / turnaround processes.

What you bring RequiredEnrolled in2ndyear or above Bachelor Degree program in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering program.
Reliable transportation to and from the work site.

Salary Range$52,000 - $64,480. Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the student's field and year of study.
