Kona Medical Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) in the Detroit, MI area. The role supports Pediatric Behavior Solutions and offers a hybrid position

Hybrid Position – Metro Detroit Area (Home, Community & School-Based Services)

• Is passionate about family engagement and caregiver collaboration
• Has experience with Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and community-based supports
• Enjoys working in home, school, and community settings
• Can conduct telehealth supervision and parent sessions when appropriate
• Has knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and social-emotional supports
• Works well within multidisciplinary teams
• Has school-based experience (preferred but not required)
