About Corewell Health Taylor Hospital
Corwell Health Taylor Hospital is a 148‑bed hospital that serves the Taylor and surrounding communities since 1977. It offers specialty services including 24‑hour emergency care, wound care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a surgical pavilion, a pain management clinic, orthopedic surgery, inpatient rehabilitation, and full‑service radiology, including advanced CT with cardiac scoring, fixed MRI with pacemaker, and ultrasound.
Under general direction, coordinate technical and support personnel involved with the acquisition and processing of CT exams. Assign and monitor the work of CT technologists to optimize quality and efficiency. Oversee compliance with policies and procedures to ensure departmental standards are met. Perform clinical instruction as requested. Follow Beaumont philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.
Qualifications- Associate’s Degree Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience beyond staff radiographer level (preferred).
- CRT‑Radiologic Technologist Registration – ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (required upon hire).
- CRT‑Computerized Tomography (CT) – ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (1 year required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA American Heart Association (required upon hire) or ARC American Red Cross.
