Location: Multi‑state across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year, with monthly bonus opportunities and competitive pay.

- Provide excellent health care for our patients, ensuring good outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility, developing plans of care.
- Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans as patients progress.
- Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and re‑injury prevention strategies.
- Supervise and guide techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
- Use evidence‑based pain management techniques to improve function.
- Determine discharge timelines and provide long‑term success strategies.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
- Achieve reasonable productivity, target 60 treatments in a 40‑hour work week.
- Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
- Stay current on best practices through in‑house CEUs and continuing education.
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
