Physical Therapist

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy – a therapist‑owned network of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia

Location: Multi‑state across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year, with monthly bonus opportunities and competitive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent health care for our patients, ensuring good outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility, developing plans of care.
  • Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans as patients progress.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and re‑injury prevention strategies.
  • Supervise and guide techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
  • Use evidence‑based pain management techniques to improve function.
  • Determine discharge timelines and provide long‑term success strategies.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
  • Achieve reasonable productivity, target 60 treatments in a 40‑hour work week.
  • Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
  • Stay current on best practices through in‑house CEUs and continuing education.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
