Job Title: Home Health Aide/Caregiver

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide or Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition based on dietary requirements.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver or similar role.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
