• Pay that reflects your skills: up to $39.47/hour (DOE)
• Premiums for off-shifts: +$1.50/hour (2nd) and +$1.00/hour (3rd)
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500
• Shifts:
  
  Afternoons 3:00 pm–11:00 pm | Evenings 11:00 pm–7:00 am
• Work pattern: 10 days on / 4 days off

• 2+ years maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Pro with Allen Bradley PLCs, ladder logic, and HMI interfaces
• Hands‑on mechanical repair plus welding and fabrication experience
• Comfortable troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics
• Serious about safety and documentation (CMMS proficiency)

• Technical degree or trade school certificate in Industrial Maintenance
• LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE, CPR/First Aid, or OSHA 10/30

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Program and sustain Allen Bradley PLC/HMI control systems
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans
• Weld, fabricate, and implement equipment improvements
• Record maintenance actions accurately in the CMMS
• Lead by example on safety and reliability
