Hallmark Field Merchandiser (Part‑Time) – Taylor, MI 48180

Join Hallmark Cards as a Field Merchandiser. This part‑time role allows you to build retailer relationships, optimize product placement, and maintain inventory levels across a variety of retail stores.

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, building the face of Hallmark in grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.

• Hourly pay rate: $13.75 – $15.75 (based on skills and experience)
• Eligible for annual pay increases
• Part‑time position with variable schedule (6–10 hours per week)
• Availability required before and after major holidays, which may include weekends

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using the mobile device provided by Hallmark; communicate with supervisors and provide feedback.
• Holiday support: additional hours during Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may be required to work on the holidays themselves.
• Department resets: assist with installations, relocations, and reset of card sections; notified at least two weeks in advance.
• Team collaboration: support other team members when needed.

This role is physically demanding. Must consistently lift, pull, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 lb. up to 50 lb on occasion, kneel, squat, and stand throughout the day, and climb stairs or ladders as required.

• At least 18 years of age
• English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Ability to lift, pull, and carry up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally
• Capable of operating a digital handheld device for reading documents
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet
• Reliable transportation for scheduled store visits
