Journeys is seeking a Store Leader-in-Training to assist the Store Manager and grow into Co-Manager by recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store personnel in Taylor, MI. You will help meet and exceed sales goals, supervise daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure loss prevention and policy adherence while upholding Journeys culture.
The role requires 45 hours per week, night and weekend shifts, and offers rapid promotion opportunities, base pay plus commission and bonus
