What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects
- Utilize the Sales System and technology tools to facilitate the sales process
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer service requests
- Coordinate installation schedules and communicate with the office manager and installation team
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and referral sources
- Participate in ongoing training and educational requirements
- Generate leads through networking and prospecting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and clean driving record
- Willingness to complete background checks and drug screenings
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Motivated to advance to a sales manager position
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of flooring brands such as Shaw, Mohawk, Hartco, Cali, Engineered Hardwood
- Experience in the flooring or related industry
