Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing complex contracts with business clients.

• Prospecting and qualifying leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility, and service programs
• Developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements
• Maintaining accurate client information in CRM systems
• Exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborating with service and operations teams for seamless onboarding

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and adherence to auto insurance requirements

• Base salary with uncapped monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses
