Qualifications:
  • Valid licensure as a School Social Worker (SSW) in Michigan
  • Experience working with IEP/504 students preferred
  • Familiarity with elementary, middle, and high school-age groups
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
  • Serve a diverse caseload of 30 IEP/504 students (K-5, plus occasional middle and high schoolers)
  • Conduct 30-minute sessions: 14 students 2-4x/month, 16 students 1-2x/month
  • Address social, emotional, and behavioral needs; collaborate with staff and families
  • Support ongoing evaluations (potentially 4 additional students)
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
