General Affairs Assistant

The GA Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the field office. This role ensures that the site management team has everything they need to operate efficiently, from handling documentation and supplies to supporting safety compliance and employee coordination.

• Purchase and organize office supplies and safety materials and equipment, and etc.
• Manage the office work environment and office products for office supplies, equipment
• Manage employees' car rentals and apartments
• Pest control management in camp and site
• Organize meetings, business trips, flights, catering, cafeteria, and etc.
• Report monthly purchasing status to the managers
• Other tasks assigned by manager

• Bachelor's or associate degrees preferred
• Less than 3 years of experience
• Well organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible working hour preferred (extra overtime due to fast track construction)
• Well written and verbal communication skills
