IBEW Local Union 520 is seeking a professional, organized, and bilingual Front Office / Administrative Support staff member to serve as the first point of contact for our members and the public. This individual will be responsible for answering phone calls, determine which department or staff member should handle each inquiry, and ensure smooth communication throughout the organization. The role also includes assisting members in person, processing payments through a POS system, and performing general office and administrative duties.
QualificationsBilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Previous experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and basic database systems.
Able to learn organizational structure and workflows to direct calls effectively.
Comfortable operating POS systems or learning new software tools.
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
