The EHS professional is responsible for leading and supporting workplace health and safety initiatives by ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. This role combines technical expertise with a big‑picture approach to identify, assess, and mitigate risks through training, ergonomic and industrial hygiene evaluations, incident investigations, and the development of effective safety systems. Working collaboratively across teams, the position promotes a strong safety culture while supporting business operations, employees, and the work environment.

• CSP, CIH, CHMM, CPE certification is a plus
• 5+ years’ experience in EH&S, with a Bachelor of Science in engineering, chemistry, biology, industrial hygiene, safety, or closely related field (up to 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted on a year for year basis bachelor's degree)
• Strong preference for EHS experience at a semiconductor equipment manufacturing facility
• Experience with industrial hygiene characterizations, working knowledge of ergonomics, performing root cause analysis, and implementation of EHS compliance systems
• Knowledgeable in federal, state and local regulations
• Must have the ability to work independently and have excellent interpersonal communication and written skills
• Dependable, stable under pressure and can easily adapt to change
