  • Conduct site inspections and audits; provide detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Deliver and support safety training initiatives; ensure effective onboarding and continuous education for all team members.
  • Maintain strong client and third-party communication regarding all HSE matters.
  • Assess HSE performance using data and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build, lead, and mentor an effective HSE team to support the needs of the project.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance records across all systems and platforms.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Corporate HSE Manager or Site Manager.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as an HSE leader on construction or maintenance projects, preferably within a cleanroom or semiconductor environment.
  • Associate degree or safety-related certifications (e.g., CHST, OHST, CSHO, ASP, CSP) strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and web-based safety platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Cleanroom and semiconductor facility experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable OSHA and local safety regulations.
  • References required.
Working Conditions
  • Work may involve physical activity including climbing ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching overhead, standing for extended periods, walking on uneven surfaces, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Role is based on an active construction site within a cleanroom/semiconductor facility.
  • May involve exposure to varying temperatures, confined spaces, elevated work areas, and construction-related noise.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including cleanroom garments, is required.
  • Extended hours and occasional weekend work may be required based on project demands.
