Insurance Sales Representative - Customer Service

Pay

Hourly rate: $12.00–$18.00.

Sign‑on bonus: up to $1,000.

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and timely deposit delivery with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
• Build and leverage client relationships; educate and advise customers on the products that best fit their needs.

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required).
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ambitious and motivated by advancement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
